By using this website and ordering from The Re-Up, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age (for adult-use cannabis), or at least 18 years of age with a valid physician's recommendation / medical cannabis card where applicable under California law. You agree to provide a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery. We verify age and ID for every order, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or delivery if valid ID is not presented, if the recipient appears intoxicated, or if we cannot confirm the recipient meets legal age requirements. You may not order on behalf of, or for the benefit of, anyone under 21 (or under 18 for qualified medical patients). If you do not meet these requirements, you must discontinue use of our site immediately.

Prices, deals, and promotions (including bundles such as "Pick 5 for $99," "3 Vapes for $99," and "$15 Holla") are subject to change without obligation and may be limited by quantity, availability, time, or delivery area. Product images and descriptions are for reference; actual products may vary. THC/CBD percentages and lab results reflect the information provided to us and are not guarantees of any specific effect or experience.

5. Ordering, Payment & Delivery

Ordering: Orders are placed through our website or by phone and are subject to confirmation and product availability. Delivery minimums and times may vary by area.

Payment: We accept Debit & Credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, CashApp, and Amazon Pay. A processing fee of 6.5% + $0.50 applies to your order total. After we confirm and process your order, we will send a secure payment link via text or email; payment may be completed through the link or over the phone before a driver is dispatched. A receipt is provided by email upon successful payment, regardless of payment method. Prepaid cards are not accepted.

Delivery: We deliver within Sacramento and surrounding service areas. You must be present, 21+ (or a qualified medical patient), and able to present valid ID at the delivery address. We reserve the right to refuse delivery for failure to meet these conditions, and applicable fees may apply to failed or refused deliveries.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Due to state cannabis regulations and for health and safety reasons, cannabis products generally cannot be returned once delivered. If there is an issue with your order (such as a defective product or an error on our part), contact us promptly and we will work with you to make it right in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

7. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Cannabis products sold by The Re-Up have intoxicating effects and may be habit-forming. Effects may be delayed (especially with edibles). Do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery while using cannabis. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets. Cannabis use may carry health risks; consult a physician if you have questions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a medical condition. By purchasing, you acknowledge and assume the risks associated with cannabis use. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA, and no claims are made regarding the diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any condition.
